Wunmi Ogunbiyi is the Founder of aCubed Ltd, a strategy-driven consultancy dedicated to unlocking growth through the power of systems, structures, and processes. A former General Manager at one of Africa’s largest banks, she brings over two decades of financial and strategic leadership across Africa and Europe, with a proven track record in revenue generation, organisational transformation, and business process re-engineering.
Her banking career, spanning more than fifteen years, covered diverse sectors including Transportation, Power & Energy, Aviation, Conglomerates, e-Commerce, Financial Inclusion, and Financial Technology. Wunmi is a Fellow of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA, UK) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
An award-winning pioneer in Africa’s e-commerce evolution and a champion of technology-driven financial innovation, she has played a pivotal role in advancing e-payments and digital adoption across the continent. Her work continues to shape the intersection of finance, technology, and strategic growth, empowering organisations to thrive in a competitive global economy.
Anu Ogunbiyi is the number three of the aCubed limited founders and the most charming! With over eight years of experience working as a project management officer for three of the world’s largest banks, his organisational project knowledge is a major strength. A change oriented professional with the belief that agile project management during this digital driven era is key to positive progressive team management. Anu has a strong technological background, including being SQL and VBA trained. A professional database manager with exceptional project modeling skills.
Anu is an enthusiastic, ambitious and resourceful individual, PRINCE 2 practitioner qualified with a Masters of Arts degree in International Business Management. Prior to this Anu undertook a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management. A global project manager who believes that any project objective is achievable if Systems, Structures and processes are properly defined.
Banke, co-founder in aCubed limited, a believer in digital educational tools as a means of organisational growth. She had a background in leading Education and Mobile technology for Development programmes, alongside a wealth of knowledge and diverse experience in the digital ecosystem. With over 20 years of work experience with numerous businesses, she helped several brands and organisations make the best of digital tools.
Banke was a Chartered Management Consultant, holding a B.Sc in Computer Science, a Masters in Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, Scotland and a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management from Pan African University’s Enterprise Development Centre.
